The cellar of Villa Crespi is situaded in the basement where in the Fifties, when the building was owned by "Azione Cattolica", the cells were used as places of prayer.

According to a popular belief, some secret tunnels connected Villa Crespi to the Island of San Giulio and the Tower of Buccione (fortress dominating Orta lake since the XII century).

In the cellar - one for red wines and one for sparkling wines, champagne and white wines - wines can rest at a pefect level of temperature and humidity.
