The Lauretana water springs on the slopes of the mountain called Mombarone, at an altitude
of 1.050 meters above sea level. It is one of the purest waters sold in Italy which, thanks to its
ionic composition, is classified as bicarbonate and rich in calcium. Its light flavour makes it an
ideal accompaniment to fish, meat and vegetable dishes. R.f. 14 mg/l
The Lurisia water springs from Pigna mount at 1.460 meters above sea level, near Cuneo. It has great characteristics: light, pure and low in sodium, perfectly compatible with our organism. It

The Llanllyr water springs in the east of Wales and has ancient origins. Even as far back as 1180
it was owned by a monastery. Llanllyr has very low acidity at 5.75 PH, but its greatest quality is
its low level content of mineral salts which classes it among the purest of waters, with a
distinctive flavour, compared to other waters from Wales. It is ideal with lightly cooked dishes

Also known as the champagne of waters, its source is in the South of France near Montpellier.
Sparkling only thanks to the natural gases at the source, it is a water of great impact, body and
acidity. With a complex rich content of minerals and a persistent bouquet and flavour, it is ideal

Voss from Norway is one of the purest and most crystalline of waters in the world. Its name
means “waterfall” in Norwegian, suggesting its main characteristics of freshness and purity. Scandinavia is generally known to be the country of fjords which constitute a clear,
uncontaminated source of delicious water. The Voss waterbed lies among the rocks and glaciers
of Southern Norway and thanks to the age-old process of natural filtering is extremely poor in sodium and minerals. Excellent as a complement to the finest wines, it accompanies fish and
